My grandmother made this only at the weekend, you can say it's an Ecuadorian food, it's like a potato with some... Salt-like with the hint of sweet flavor and there's a cheese stuffing in it. It taste like heaven... At least for me!

If you add a pinch of sugar to the bolognese sauce it ought to take away the acidity and sweeten it just a little.
